Services


Core service areas are DNA sequencing and fragment analysis, GeneChip microarray, MALDI-TOF/TOF Mass spectrometry, MHC-tetramer and peptide synthesis.


Other equipment available to approved users includes:
* ABI 7900HT (real-time PCR analyser)
* NanoDrop (1-2 ul) and GeneQuant (7ul cuvette) spectrophotometers
* Fluoroimager/phosphorimager
* Biological liquid chromatography (SMART system, AKTA Explorer and HPLC)
